Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 134(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 134(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 134(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Coghill later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSB 134(JUD) and it was taken up then.
